Congratulations to Alyssa and Michael! Their stunning fall Park Chateau wedding day was simply beautiful. Of course, knowing these two, I didn’t expect anything less!! I first met Alyssa and Michael at their incredible Princeton University engagement session in the winter. We discussed the incredible day they were planning to celebrate their nuptials – and now that magical day has come and gone!

Alyssa and Michael initially met online and it wasn’t too long after that that they had their first date enjoying dollar beers and tacos! Before long, they were spending a lot of time together and enjoying tons of laughs. About a year later, Michael had planned the most perfect proposal! Alyssa had no idea it was coming (way to go, Michael!) and it was such a special day for the two of them! With the help of his sister to keep Alyssa’s suspicions at bay, Michael proposed and they were able to spend the rest of their day together celebrating the start of their forever!

Park Chateau Wedding

Alyssa and Michael were married at the incredible Park Chateau Estate in New Jersey this fall. Their wedding day was incredibly elegant. When I asked them what they were inspired by, they told me that Park Chateau was where they drew inspiration from! How fun is that! With a color scheme of navy and burgundy, they turned the estate into a beautiful fall dreamland.

The two decided to have a first look before their ceremony! It was so wonderful to get to watch Michael see Alyssa for the first time – I know they were both SO happy! Their first look was extra sweet because their bridal party watched from further away – their reactions were almost as awesome and Alyssa and Michael’s! If you’ve ever been to Park Chateau Estate, you know the property is just gorgeous and I was absolutely spoiled with so many beautiful options for their wedding portraits. We spent a bit of time before their ceremony exploring and photographing the soon-to-be newlyweds.

Elegant Fall Wedding Day

Before long, it was time for Alyssa and Michael’s ceremony! The chapel at Park Chateau is just gorgeous – it was the perfect spot for their ceremony. Alyssa and Michael wrote their own vows to each other which made their ceremony even more special. After everything was official, we snuck away for a few more portraits in the gardens of Park Chateau. Alyssa and Michael knew they wanted to party with their guests at their reception, so we tried to maximize portrait time beforehand! Their reception was simply stunning! The ballroom at Park Chateau is AMAZING!! Seriously, these two couldn’t have picked a better venue!!! All of their guests had so much fun – and it was clear how loved Alyssa and Michael are.
