Kevin & Rebecca | A Romantic HollyHedge Estate Wedding

Kevin and Rebecca planned the most classic and romantic wedding at HollyHedge Estate in New Hope, PA! The two of them actually live in LA, but flew all the way to Bucks County to get married, and I cannot tell you how honored I was to be apart of their special day! I’m not surprised that they had a destination wedding because they both LOVE to travel! They’re even going to Thailand for their honeymoon this fall!

Their family and friends are so sweet, and helped them plan so many parts of their wedding day since they live out of town! Kevin and Rebecca would share with me how grateful they were to their family for helping them plan the wedding of their dreams, and it was so neat to see how everything came together! Every part of their wedding day was planned with their family and friends in mind! They wanted everyone to feel welcomed and loved, and that was truly evident all day!

When I arrived, I couldn’t wait to meet all of Rebecca’s friends who also flew from LA to PA for the wedding! For the majority of them, it was their FIRST time visiting PA! I thought that was so exciting! Some of them have known Rebecca for over 20 years now, and they were beyond excited to be apart of her and Kevin’s special day! It was so neat for me to hear them laughing downstairs and reminiscing while I was finishing up photographing Rebecca’s GORGEOUS details! I was blown away by her dress!! It was so elegant and so perfect for her! AH! I couldn’t wait to finally see her wear it!

Then came their ceremony, and it was so beautiful! When the doors opened and as Kevin was watching Rebecca walk down the aisle, he couldn’t stop smiling and his eyes were completely locked on her – what an incredible moment to witness!! Their family read scripture and prayed for them as they were about to enter into a new chapter of their lives! Throughout the ceremony, I would catch glimpses of the two of them looking at each other while holding hands! I think in that moment they realized that they were going to officially be husband and wife!

Following their ceremony, we headed over to Holly Hedge and I was so grateful to them for allotting so much portrait time! I think it was SO worth it!! Even though it was humid and we were all sweating, Kevin and Rebecca were such good sports!! We found the most beautiful location that was full of sun-lit green!! Their portraits are some of my absolutely FAVORITES!! They love each other so much and the joy that they share is truly evident; they were so excited to finally be husband and wife! After we were done, they enjoyed an hour and a half cocktail hour with their guests! Kevin and Rebecca couldn’t wait catch up with everyone and enjoy the rest of the evening! They were especially excited to spend time with their nieces and nephews; I’d say they probably spent more time with the kids than any of their guests! 🙂 The kids adore the two of them and I can see why!

The excitement continued right into their reception! Kevin and Rebecca know how to make people feel welcomed and how to throw a party! From the food, to the speeches, dances, etc., there were laughs and tears. My favorite highlight from the night was when Kevin and his mom, Eileen, shared a dance. Kevin’s father had passed away, and Kevin and Rebecca honored and remembered him in every way throughout their wedding day. During Kevin’s dance with his mom, the two of them were looking up and she told Kevin, “He’s here with us.” I know that I wasn’t the only who was tearing up – it was such a sweet moment they shared, and one I’ll always remember.

Kevin and Rebecca, I’m so excited for you both!! I’ve loved every moment of getting to know you two more, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Wittig!
