Jim and Jenna met in 8th grade during French class and then started dating right before their freshman year of HIGH SCHOOL! They’ve been together ever since!! 10+ years together – seriously so sweet! I absolutely LOVED my time with them during their sunset Valley Forge engagement session recently!

In May 2019, a few months shy of their 12 year anniversary, Jim planned a super special proposal. When Jenna came home from work, Jim ushered her into the door to a display of photos and mementos from their relationship. He apparently had a HUGE speech prepared and all of a sudden, Jenna realized what was happening. She waited (impatiently) for him to finally ask her to marry him. Finally, he did! And she said yes!!

Sunset Valley Forge Engagement Session

I love any chance I get to photograph sessions at Valley Forge. Their sunset engagement session was no different. Jenna chose the perfect fall outfits and Jim just looked so happy next to her! Their session was also super special for me because I’ve met Jim and Jenna a few times prior to their session because they are best friends with my sister who is in the wedding!! It was such a great evening all together!

And… OH MY WORD don’t they look gorgeous in front of the Memorial Arch?! They are literally the sweetest, and we had the best time together! I can’t wait for you to see their session!
