Jenna and Jim are officially husband and wife, and I am SO happy for the newlyweds! After meeting while they were in grade school, they dated for 14 years… and now they’re husband and wife. Is there a better love story than that?! What a special gift to be able to grow up with the person you were meant to marry! I recently photographed their Talamore Country Club wedding day and I can’t wait to share it with you. The Country Club was stunning and we had a truly beautiful day for these two!! 

Talamore Country Club Wedding

Traditionally, July 30th is always one of the hottest days of the year. So, we were all pleasantly surprised when the weather turned out to be beautiful, hovering in the low 80s all day long. Jenna and Jim were definitely excited about that one! I loved working with Jenna and Jim because they were a super organized couple – Jenna even had a wedding binder she made up! And yet, they were so relaxed and able to just enjoy their day and trust their vendors. It was an amazing experience for all of us. Not to mention, they made everyone feel so welcome. I’m so lucky to have couples like Jenna and Jim!

Jenna and Jim prepared for their first look before meeting under one of the gorgeous willow trees on the property. Talamore Country Club is just beautiful, by the way! It was my first time photographing a wedding here and I already love it so much! Their first look was super sweet, and it was clear that Jenna and Jim were ready to finally be married. And, married they were! After their ceremony, they hosted their reception in the huge ballroom on the property… and everyone had such a great time! 

During the reception, I managed to sneak them out for a few nighttime portraits and I’m so glad I did. It was the perfect way to end the night!! Congratulations again Jenna and Jim! I’m thrilled I got to know you (thanks to my sister, Rachel!) and be there to celebrate with you on your big day.  I’m BEYOND happy for you!! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Gow!!
