Shenandoah National Park Engagement Session | Danielle & Tom

Oh my goodness! Where do I even begin?! Danielle and Tom’s Shenendoah National Park engagement session was out of this world! This past weekend, my sister and I headed to VA for their engagement session, and we had the most incredible time with these two! They made us feel so at home, and if you know them personally, you already know that they are one of the most thoughtful and kind couples! The sweetest!!

Danielle and Tom met 6 years ago at a work training, and despite living in different states, they kept in touch over the years. A few years went by and before they realized it, they were officially dating. They told me they don’t even really know when their first date was (though they consider a Nats game the start of their relationship!) because everything just blossomed so naturally between them. This past June, Tom proposed to Danielle during a family get together. While it wasn’t his original plan, thanks COVID!, it was still super special for them to have both of their families together to celebrate!

We truly had the most beautiful fall weather for their engagement portraits in the mountains. Every image felt so cozy and romantic. I’m honestly SO happy with this entire session and I hope Danielle and Tom are too. Thank you for allowing me to capture this special time, you two! I can’t wait for your wedding day!!!

What Danielle Loves about Tom:

“His thoughtfulness, loyalty, and his blue eyes and dimples!”

What Tom Loves about Danielle:

“Determination, honesty, and her family values.”

Recently engaged? I’d LOVE to chat with you!
