Steph and Joe are officially Mr. and Mrs. McCabe! They tied the knot in a gorgeous traditional wedding day here in PA. I feel so honored to have been a part of their day. Steph and Joe met at the end of their sophomore year at Villanova University. There, they both became members of a church leadership group, Liturgical Council. Joe proposed to Steph while they were on the beach in La Jolla. It was the perfect West Coast engagement for these two! They are both very passionate about their faith and were so excited about finally tying the knot. They chose to have their ceremony where it all began… at Villanova!

Traditional Wedding Day

Steph and Joe knew that they wanted their wedding day to be traditional when they began to plan. With a wedding ceremony at Villanova University and their reception at Chester Valley Golf Club, the two had a really classic day planned. When I asked Steph and Joe what drew them to Chester Valley, they told me they loved the views of the course and the water. Plus the ballroom had incredible windows and a high ceiling – adding to the drama of the space.

Joe saw Steph for the first time when she walked down the aisle! It was SO special and I’m glad they planned their day the way they wanted to!! After their ceremony, we were able to take some of their portraits and bridal party portraits on Villanova’s campus. It seriously beautiful there – stop by if you ever get the chance! I loved the colors Steph and Joe picked for their fall wedding. Mauve, navy, and burgundy accents really made fall come alive!

Chester Valley Golf Club Wedding Reception

With the help of their incredible vendor team, the space at Chester Valley Golf Club was transformed for their reception. Steph and Joe danced a sweet first dance to “This is It” by Scotty McCreery. The JOY on their faces was so contagious! I know that they were thrilled their incredible day had finally arrived!

Congratulations Steph and Joe! Your day was sweet, traditional, and tons of fun! I hope you have a marriage filled with lots of love, and I will be praying for you both!!
