Pennsylvania is gorgeous, and the hidden gems that can be found on the country roads and open fields hold some of my absolute favorite wedding venues EVER!!
There is no doubt that when I receive an inquiry in my inbox for one of these venues, I do a happy dance! I instantly think about all of the field frolicking, golden hours and soft kisses that would take place between my couples! The photo opportunities are ENDLESS!
Venues that have history and a story make my heart skip a beat – nothing comes close to being apart of the history of a venue in comparison to modern venues! Amiright!?
I’m so excited to share my top five outdoor Pennsylvania wedding venues with you all! If you are also drawn to the rustic charm and elegance of a barn or outdoor wedding venue, we’re probably a match made in heaven! I’d love to hear all about your wedding day!
1. Historic Stonebrook Farm | Perkasie, PA
When I think about my dream venue, Historic Stonebrook Farm in Perkasie, PA always comes to mind! Hands down, it’s probably my favorite venue to photograph weddings! The entire property is gorgeous! From the 19th century barn that has been completely renovated, the most stunning bridal suite and the surrounding property, there most certainly is not a shortage of photo possibilities!
If I could photograph weddings at Stonebrook every weekend, I totally would!
Stonebrook has so much natural, bright light that pours into the barn due to the white ceiling and the large windows – my absolute FAVORITE! They even have twinkle lights that are strung throughout the barn that make for such dreamy and romantic reception photos! I could go on and on about this venue, can’t you tell?
Usually, couples will have all of the festivities of their wedding day take place at the farm! From getting ready, to the ceremony and to the reception, Stonebrook offers all of those options to their couples to ensure a stress free day!
Stonebrook has been owned by the Tyson family for over 159 years, and their desire to serve their couples on one of the most important days of their lives is evident in everything they do! The continuous care and love they have put into this venue is truly remarkable! You just have to see it for yourself!
I’ve photographed two weddings at Stonebrook, and I’m so excited to shoot another one this November! The wedding that I most recently photographed took place in December, and it ended up snowing that day! The photos turned out so beautifully, and Stonebrook is BEYOND gorgeous even in the winter!

2. HollyHedge Estate | New Hope, PA
Before I even photographed at HollyHedge Estate in Bucks County this year it was a bucket list venue of mine for a long time! Tucked away off of a back road in New Hope, PA, this venue is probably my second favorite venue in PA! I think that the best way to describe this 18th century estate and farm would be MAGIC; pure magic!
The garden area located right outside the renovated barn is stunning, and is usually where the ceremony or cocktail hour takes place! The elegance of this venue remains true throughout the entire property and it’s truly breathtaking. From the moment that you step onto the grounds you feel like you’ve entered into a dream of lush green, cobblestone and rustic charm!

3. Moonstone Manor | Elizabethtown, PA
Oh my goodness! Moonstone Manor! Doesn’t the name of this venue just make you feel like you’ve been taken to a romantic getaway?! That’s what I thought when I first heard of this venue! Moonstone Manor is located in Elizabethtown, PA! Even though this venue is further from my Bucks County roots, I absolutely LOVE photographing in the Lancaster County area because it has the same feel!
The landscape of Moonstone Manor is what stood out to me the most and is unlike any other venue I’ve been too! The mansion sits on beautiful grounds surrounded by creeks and blooming gardens! There are floral archways connecting the outdoor ceremony site to the manor, stone staircases, pillared front porches and rich history all mixed into one venue! I could seriously talk about how amazing this venue is ALL day!

4. The Farm Bakery & Events | Quakertown, PA
If you haven’t noticed by now, rustic wedding venues are my jam and they get me so excited! The Farm Bakery and Events in Quakertown, PA is another one of my favorite wedding venues, and I’m so looking forward to photographing a real wedding at this venue one day!
I recently photographed a styled wedding inspiration at The Farm, and the images are some of my favorites! The barn sits on 54 acres of farmland, and overlooks greenery as far as the eye can see! The most romantic sunset take places next to the farm, and is so breathtaking for bride and groom portraits!
Also, the owners of the barn, The Myers, have the biggest hearts and love welcoming so many couples to their farm every year!
5. Irons Mill Farmstead Weddings & Events | New Wilmington, PA
Irons Mill Farmstead Weddings & Events is located in New Wilmington, PA and my dream is to photograph a wedding at this venue one day soon! This venue has taken barn-wedding-elegance to a whole new level! From the arch shaped barn that is draped with fabric, chandeliers and market lights that fill the inside of the barn – rustic has never been more romantic!
The bridal suite, ceremony site and barn have all been intentionally designed to create and bring luxury to the countryside, and I’m just in love with everything about this venue! When you view the images from Breanna Elizabeth Photography below, you’ll see what I’m talking about!
