I officially kicked off my 2019 wedding season with Adam and Katie’s wedding last weekend, and what a great day to celebrate these two! Their wedding took place at the Manufacturers’ Golf and Country Club in Fort Washington, PA, and I cannot even begin to tell you how perfect of a day we had for their wedding! The night before it had been pouring in the area, and it was only natural that we were a little nervous that the rain would interfere with their wedding day plans… But, it didn’t at all! We had sunshine, some clouds and the most beautiful spring day!

I hadn’t seen these two in person since their engagement session last July. And I’ll be honest, it had been WAY too long! We had so much fun together at their e-session, and I knew their wedding day wouldn’t be anything less.

Adam and Katie love people and care for others in all that they do, and their entire wedding day focused on just that. They had guests who flew from all over the country to witness the start of their marriage! Guests even flew in from California, where Katie is originally from! I enjoyed every moment of meeting the people who mean the absolute WORLD to them!

The Wedding Day

The day started off with Adam and Katie getting ready with their best friends and family! Because of that, there were so many laughs, happy tears and memories made that morning! After they were done getting ready, they opened gifts from each other! This is always such a meaningful part of the day. Katie opened a box that had a diamond bracelet inside (it was stunning!), and Adam received a watch and engraved cufflinks with their wedding date on them! How sweet?! As they finished getting ready and guests started to arrive, they were ready to get married!

I think my favorite part of their wedding day was their ceremony! The ceremony reflected them as a couple, included their adorable dog name Maci (you’ll see her later in the blog!), and was filled with such rich promises to one another. Katie’s Uncle Joe officiated the wedding, and that made it even more special because he was able to share stories from seeing Adam and Katie grow as a couple since they met in 2013! They were officially husband and wife! I couldn’t have been more happy for them!!

The rest of the evening was filled with such heartfelt toasts, laughter and lots of dancing! Their wedding day was everything they could have dreamed of and more.

Adam and Katie, you are THE BEST!! Thank you for allowing me to be apart of your special day!! It was such an honor!
